| Responsibilities: |
| The candidate would be responsible to scale up & manage Homeland Security business |

Sales Experience in Security, Surveillance and Government sector
|
 |
Position and brand the company in the Homeland Security space at par with the best companies in the industry |
 |
Define market, segment, and account strategies in consultation with key holders |
 |
Lead the execution of the sales plan |
 |
Position new opportunities and growth initiatives with CXO level contacts, networking across the industry, gathering, compiling and evaluating market intelligence and competitor information and make sales strategies accordingly |
 |
Ensure successful ramp up of business assignments: Focus on top line & Bottom line |
 |
Active client meetings and identifying potential customers & funnel management |
 |
Identifying avenue of opportunities in ministry of Home Affairs, PSUs, Paramilitary etc |
 |
Shortlist and present detailed business and implementation plan |
 |
Clearly articulate target market segments and their revenue potential |
 |
Driving profitable sales through the new business organization by using innovative and effective customer solutions and management of customer relationships. |

Ensuring business volumes & identifying new business opportunities in the government and non government segments |
 |
Carry a target of 50cr INR |
 |
Self driven and independent contributor role. |
 |
Steering the successful closure of business deals, along with execution of projects. Proven abilities in managing the entire project life cycle; right form requirement mapping to executive, commercial operations and through to relationship management and delivery |

Envisaging the future opportunities in the industry |

Understand the business road map and align internal plans and capabilities accordingly |
