Will be responsible for Business Development in the Defense SBU of the company |
 |
Would be handling specific Accounts in the Defense Vertical across the country |
 |
Would also be handling a team in the near future. |
 |
Should be able to generate business and create need for Mistral products and services in the Defense segment. |
 |
Would be assigned targets after the probation period and thereafter will be expected to meet the revenue targets |
 |
Should be independently able to make presentations, hold discussions and negotiations with the senior officers of the customer. |
 |
Should be able to handle and prepare bids and technical offers for the products and services of the company. |
 |
Should be able to travel extensively |
 |
Should be responsible to meet the entire hierarchy of the end customer and create value for the services and offerings of the company.

Mandatory:

 |
Knowledge of requirements in DRDO labs and Defense Production units of the country |
 |
Experience in embedded and semiconductor domains. |
 |
Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business at the highest levels |
 |
Proven track record in delivering against personal and team sales revenue objectives |
 |
Proven track record in recruiting, training, managing, motivating and leading a sales team |
 |
Experience of monitoring and managing teams and individuals against set KRAs |
 |
Ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and agencies. |

Experience of product development and contributing to pricing policy discussions |
 |
Ability to manage prospective client expectations and keep promises |
 |
Hands on problem-solving skills, with ability to generate ideas and solutions |

Positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities |
