PMO Analyst

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Bangalore

The Project Support Analyst will be an expert in the usage of the PM tool and will help in driving its successful utilization in the project management across the organization. Key responsibilities for this profile include:

Primary Responsibilities

	Ensuring high performance level through data capture, data integrity.
	Effective data management of all data captured through the PMO tools.
	Responsible in building user competence for PMO tool and applications, among project managers and team members.
	Work with internal customers from the project management community for tracking, data support and tool utility.
	Will be the custodian for project management data and assist all PMO team members in preparing the monthly forecast and work plan reports. This includes documentation, library, project status reports and schedule for data completion.
	Support the organization with project MIS.
	Ensuring judicious adherence to the quality processes.

Secondary Responsibilities

	Provide active support to the Sales team for project proposals in terms of providing information under manager PMO guidance.
	Provide training to the project management team on the usage of project management tool.
