Balance the portfolio, evaluate and assist in implementing a process to improve project flow and ensure faster delivery. |

Plan and publish the monthly forecast and prepare plan report, for key stakeholders, and manage the development and definitions of the prioritization model. |

Ability to work with customers and project managers to identify project delivery opportunities and threats. |

Ability to work in the field assisting project teams to gain delivery speed. |

Train project managers to overcome major deficiencies, conduct periodical project assessment opportunities and threats and report to GM – PMO. |

Ability to coach and mentor the project management community on top portfolio related components. |

Ability to review the PO’s and customer contracts periodically with respect to all projects. |
 |
Responsible for project accounting, data collection and report distribution to all concerned. |
 |
Responsible for asset tracking for all projects under his/her supervision and keep a track of all materials and resource supplies. |
 |
Ability to contribute to the design and development of project methodology for PMO. Assess methodology usage for the method compliance and associative risk management for all key projects. |
 |
Appropriate utilization of the organization’s strategic resources. Will track resource utilization trends in alignment with portfolio objectives, and assist the project management community to locate just – in – time resources. |

Coordinate with the Project managers and HR team if required for resource hiring following approvals. |
 |
Identify the training needs from the project angle and indent for training programs. Work hand in hand with the training department if required to inculcate skill and knowledge. |
 |
Responsible for the PMO data repository for concerned projects, this includes, data processing, reporting, review of portfolio, project status reports and schedule for data completion. |
 |
Ability to communicate accurately to the management, in a timely manner on facts, risks, any other information about the overall Projects. |
 |
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through communication, quality deliverables and pre-empting the needs. |
 |
Will be a point of contact for all project management issues for customer interface with the Project managers of the respective projects. |
 |
Ability to ensure judicial adherence to the quality processes by all Project development team members. |
