Mandatory
	Understanding of Product Design Flow.
	Need to know DFM
	Good knowledge on BOM, optimization of BOM, cost effectiveness of BOM etc.
	Good knowledge on Mechanical design / Product enclosure design etc.
	Good knowledge on manufacturing process.
	Vendor negotiation skills.
	Good customer communication skills.
	Knowledge on PCBs/PCBAs.
	Should be good at product design, debug, testing, sustenance, quality process.
