Mistral’s state-of-the art development centers are equipped with the best of technology along with great recreational amenities to aid in creating the ideal work environment to harness the technical prowess of its talented engineers. The centers are equipped with efficient work stations, auditoriums, conference halls, meeting rooms, library, helpdesk service, test labs, health club, lounge and cafeteria.
System Infrastructure
At Mistral, the servers are working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These world-class facilities are custom designed with temperature control systems stationed in separate cooling zones and seismically braced racks.
The network is always at peak performance ensuring that the facility works uninterrupted; this is achieved by world class infrastructure that includes:
- High precision air conditioners
- Backup generators
- Emergency generator power guaranteeing uninterrupted cooling in the event of a hydro failure
- Electrical distribution system for static transfers
- Fully equipped UPS system.

Security
Security is a vital aspect for the smooth functioning of an organization. Our obligation towards absolute security for the personnel, company information and customer IPR is manifest in various measures we take which include:
- Modern smoke and fire detection systems
- 24 hours armed security personnel and security cameras installed across the entire premises
- 24x7 secured access and authentication to facilities
- Confidentiality agreement signed by all employees.

Data / Network Security
Several measures have been adopted by Mistral to ensure data back-ups and the security of its networks:
- Daily backups using HP DAT Drives
- Fire proof cabinets and offsite facility for storage of backup media
- Backup/restoration log maintained and backup media changed periodically
- Check point firewall/VPN implemented for complete network inbound/outbound security
- VLAN implementation between different departments
- The entire network secured with anti-virus software implemented at the server and client level
- Alarms installed on all platforms and network components to indicate security breaches.
