Processes have been automated across Mistral to ensure a high degree of compliance. Measurement is integrated with implementation to make continuous improvement an on-going process.
The Quality Assurance (QA) functions are managed by professional engineers, who are structured as an independent group, for both process facilitation and audits. Every project at Mistral has a QA engineer assigned to it, who works closely with the project team to implement a process-driven approach throughout the project cycle. If required, the QA team also works in close liaison with the customer’s QA team.
