The Mobile C4ISR platforms from Mistral are a range of unique vehicles for law enforcement agencies (police, para-military), special forces teams, defense, and private security agencies. These are easily deployable solutions targeted at requirements such as VIP security, public events (sports, private, shows, political rallies), law and order control, emergency/disaster management, tactical security operations and critical infrastructure protection.
The solutions consist of a customized vehicle equipped with either or all of the following: IP video surveillance equipment, monitoring stations, command & control modules.
The IP video surveillance equipment consists of wireless IP cameras, PTZ cameras, Network Video Recorders and associated accessories. The wireless IP cameras are easy to install and can be deployed at the event/situation venue in a couple of hours. Live video is streamed from the cameras to the MC3S, for on-site monitoring and, optionally, for remote monitoring, through a communications link; bringing in multiple levels of decision-making to the incident under surveillance.
The Command & Control modules consist of call taking and dispatch application, multi-protocol communication switch, GIS and AVL application. The modules enable a user to:
 |
Control the surveillance equipment and field resources; |
 |
Map them onto a cartographic data; |
 |
Assign resources and responsibility for specific events triggered by the surveillance system. |
The C4ISR platform is available in three variants:
 |
Mobile Surveillance Van (MSV)
The MSV is equipped with IP video surveillance equipment for non-permanent, on-site monitoring of events; and, optionally, with a communications link, transmitting the video feeds to remote users. The vehicle is ideal for deployment for requirements such as VIP security and monitoring of public events like sports, political rallies, entertainment shows etc.

|
Mobile Command, Control and Communication System (MC3S)
The MC3S is equipped with IP surveillance equipment (video and other sensors) and one or several of the Command & Control modules. These help surveillance personnel to quickly deploy surveillance equipment, map them on a cartographic data and assign responsibility to response teams based on events captured by the system. This is ideal for deployment for law and order control, critical infrastructure protection and low-scale emergency/disaster management situations.

Mobile War Room (MWR)
The MWR is a fully-featured C4ISR platform, and provides an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) capability on a mobile platform. It consists of IP surveillance equipment (video and other sensors) and the complete Command & Control sub-system. This is ideal for deployment for high-intensity law and order situations, terrorist attacks and high-scale emergency/disaster management situations.
