The AM/DM37x Processor Module helps product developers, building their next-generation wireless devices around the AM/DM37x Sitara Microprocessor. The module features the AM/DM37x 0.40mm CBP package which employs Package on Package technology which allows the 256MB DDR/512MBNAND MB Memory module to be attached directly to the processor which greatly reduce boards space.
