Dear Customer,

Welcome to another issue of Infowaves. Over the past year, we are seeing technologies like Wearables, Drones, 3D printing, Flexible Displays, Video Analytics and Big Data taking a massive leap forward. We can look forward to a lot of advancements in these domains. Mistral too is looking at focusing in these domains and we will shortly be announcing some interesting solutions and services in these areas in the coming months.

Mistral’s RTM-Break out card has gone through a Redesign. This module is now compatible with all the Keystone II family of EVMs; Edison, Hawking and Kepler. This solution will enable advancements in a range of applications like Video infrastructure & broadcasting, telecom and networking and other High performance computing applications.

We are pleased to announce that the Industrial IoT Kit from Mistral is now shipping! Loaded with the AWS IOT software, the Kit is targeted towards our Industrial automation customers, which will enable users to quickly connect to cloud and store, process, analyze and act on volumes of data generated by connected devices.

We have tried to keep this newsletter informative, showcasing a mix of services offered by Mistral and technology and trends we see in the market. One of trends we see is the growth in Drones and its penetration into a range of markets ranging from security and surveillance, farming and hobby applications. Have a look at an interesting Infographic on Drone technology. Also included is a case study on an iOS application development we recently developed for drone control.

I end this note by thanking all our partners and customers for their co-operation and look forward to your continued support and confidence in the coming years.

Please feel free to write to us with any feedbacks or suggestions.
